As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of software systems while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams to ensure successful product delivery.

System Architecture & Design : Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Develop solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

Software Development : Write efficient, maintainable, and robust code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Angular, etc.).

Ensure high standards of software quality through continuous improvement practices and automation.

Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Review code, offer constructive feedback, and guide team members to grow their skills.

Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define technical specifications, features, and timelines.

Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams.
