Build and evolve a high-throughput Go microservices ecosystem while contributing to React experiences as needed.

Own product outcomes end to end, from understanding customer problems and shaping solutions through rollout and iteration.

This is a full-stack role with primary emphasis on backend engineering and a product-builder mindset.

Own complex product initiatives across Go backend services and React interfaces.
Drive scalable, reliable technical and product decisions and proactively address bottlenecks and complexity.
Raise engineering quality through design, code reviews, pragmatic decisions, and technical debt reduction.
Mentor engineers and act as a technical multiplier for the team.
Partner with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Engineering to solve ambiguous customer and business problems.
Use AI and LLM capabilities to improve engineering productivity, product experiences, and customer outcomes.
