The Senior Software Engineer will work at the intersection of technology, security, intelligent automation, and digital lending.
The role operates in a full-stack, full-cycle engineering environment with end-to-end ownership from design to production.
Core responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures and lead complex cross-team initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Build secure, scalable back-end services, intuitive front-end experiences, and robust integrations.
- Deploy and operate cloud-native products using modern engineering and delivery practices.
- Drive agentic AI and automation to streamline operations and accelerate delivery.
- Mentor engineers, set high technical standards, and promote engineering quality.
Technical skills
- Core technologies include TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Architecture experience may include microservices, distributed systems, and system design.
- Cloud and infrastructure tools include AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Delivery and quality tools include GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Jest, Playwright, and Storybook.
