Cash Forecasting Team
The Cash Forecasting team builds an AI-amplified treasury solution for real-time cash visibility and predictive accuracy.
The platform integrates with major ERP and banking systems to capture, categorize, and analyze financial data across currencies and business units.
The role works on Ruby on Rails and React software supporting enterprise customers and large-scale cash-flow processing.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs while contributing frontend work when needed.
- Work across a large, multi-tenant SaaS codebase designed to scale across enterprise customers.
- Own schema design, query performance, data integrity, and the broader data layer with emphasis on PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Write RSpec test coverage, package and deploy services with Docker, and work in AWS infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive work, support data migrations, and implement logging, metrics, tracing, and other observability practices.
- Benchmark and profile code, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in reviews and design discussions, and join the on-call rotation.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–8 years of professional software development experience, ideally with backend-lean full-stack work.
- Strong SQL fundamentals and ideally hands-on PostgreSQL experience.
- Comfort working in large, sophisticated existing codebases.
- Scripting ability, Docker or containerization experience, and proven Git proficiency.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Ruby, Python, or Java.
- Experience using AI tools throughout development and testing experience with RSpec.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Ruby or Ruby on Rails familiarity is a strong plus.
- Frontend experience, ideally with React, is preferred.
- AWS, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS, observability, performance profiling, and financial-industry experience are preferred.
