We are looking for highly motivated Software Engineers to join our team as key members of our growing engineering function.

We can hire at various levels and need both frontend and backend skillsets.

It’s also ok to be more frontend or backend leaning.

Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.

• Build and expand our proprietary Factory Operating System, the software platform that orchestrates production from quote to shipment.
• Develop interfaces and integrations for manufacturing equipment, capturing real-time production data and turning it into actionable insights.
• Implement features for our customer portal, creating a seamless experience from project submission through delivery.
• Create internal tools that automate workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and increase manufacturing throughput.
• Partner closely with manufacturing, operations, and production teams to solve real-world problems through software.
• Mentor teammates and help foster a culture of technical excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

• 3 - 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
