The engineer translates business requirements into user experiences and delivers maintainable solutions across the stack.
Responsibilities
- Build reusable, modular, and high-performance UI components with ReactJS or EmberJS.
- Design responsive, accessible interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices.
- Own frontend architecture, performance, rendering efficiency, and maintainability.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services with Ruby on Rails or Java.
- Contribute to backend services, databases, integrations, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.
- Debug complex frontend and full-stack issues and write clean, scalable, testable code.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, SRE, and other engineering teams.
- Participate in reviews, architecture discussions, technical decisions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Explore AI-powered tools and build reliable, observable, fault-tolerant applications.
