Front-end: React, HTTP, HTML/DOM, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
Back-end: Python, Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs, Redis, SQL, gRPC
Cloud: Google Cloud services (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Google Artifact Registry, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, etc.)

Platform Architecture & Development: Design, build, and optimize foundational microservices and infrastructure that power the company’s products.
System Resilience: Improve the resilience of the platform by designing systems that gracefully handle failures. Implement monitoring and observability solutions, improve incident response processes, and build mechanisms such as retries, circuit breakers, fallbacks, and automated recovery strategies.
Scalability & Performance: Identify bottlenecks, improve system efficiency, and ensure services support continued hyper-growth while maintaining high availability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, compliance, and other business units to deliver holistic financial solutions.
Mentorship & Growth: Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the engineering team.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage user feedback and system analytics to refine and iterate on platform capabilities.
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, including experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven track record of building, shipping, and iterating on software applications, particularly in the Fintech domain.
Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.
Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and practices like A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
