Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Build and integrate tooling for bidding, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and resourcing.
• Translate stakeholder needs into reliable, scalable solutions after mapping how processes operate.
• Replace recurring spreadsheet models, forecasts, and analyses with documented applications and dashboards.
• Integrate finance and resourcing systems, production management tooling, and the data warehouse.
• Diagnose workflow and data discrepancies across production and finance systems.
• Write tested, maintainable Python and contribute to code reviews.
• Triage and resolve user issues in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, and infrastructure teams.
• Use AI coding tools while critically reviewing generated implementations.
• Contribute to technical briefs, roadmaps, documentation, and engineering mentorship.

Engineering qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience building and supporting internal tooling or production systems.
