We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) who can take ownership of both architecture and user-facing quality.

You are not just writing code—you are shaping how products feel, behave, and evolve.

You will work closely with designers and product stakeholders, bridging technical depth with clean, human-centered experiences.

You will also help mentor a small, highly skilled engineering team and set the standard for frontend excellence.

Collaboration: Work closely with product designers and UX teams to translate design systems into production-ready interfaces.

Performance & Quality: Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and reliability across devices and platforms.

Experience: 6+ years in software engineering with strong focus on modern web applications, including at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership or mentoring role.

Portfolio / GitHub: Strong engineering portfolio or GitHub history demonstrating real-world systems, scalable applications, or component libraries.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, and modern frontend architecture patterns.

Backend exposure (Node.js or similar) is a plus.

Mindset: You are detail-oriented but practical.

You understand when to refactor and when to ship.

You care about both engineering quality and user experience.

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
