Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications while ensuring code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.

Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and promote engineering best practices across projects.

Provide guidance and coaching to Junior and Mid-level Engineers while supporting technical problem-solving and professional development.

Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability.

7+ years of software engineering experience with proven exposure to enterprise applications and complex technical environments.

Prior mentoring or technical leadership experience is preferred.

Strong experience with modern programming frameworks, API development, cloud-based systems, relational databases, and scalable software architecture.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical, high-quality technical solutions while balancing delivery timelines and system reliability.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.

You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement matter.

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
