Role overview
Equinix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own Salesforce Data Cloud and integrate it across Sales Cloud, Pardot/MCAE, Agentforce, and the BAU-to-LTC org cutover.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role focused on architecting and building solutions.
Work arrangement
- The posting identifies the role as hybrid and based in Toronto.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the BAU-to-LTC Data Cloud migration, including Data Streams, DMO schemas, Identity Resolution, and Activation Targets.
- Implement Pardot/MCAE in the LTC organization, including engagement programs, lead scoring, dynamic lists, forms, landing pages, and synchronization.
- Design and deploy Agentforce agents for B2B marketing and sales use cases.
- Build integrations across Salesforce, Data Cloud, Pardot, Qualtrics, 6sense, Openprise, AEM, and other marketing systems.
- Implement CASL, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM consent, privacy, suppression, opt-out, and compliance reporting architecture.
- Troubleshoot data quality, synchronization, integration, and deployment issues across BAU and LTC environments.
