Speechify is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Core Experiences Team.
The team builds and maintains foundational services and SDKs that power the product experience across platforms.
The role combines product collaboration, infrastructure-oriented thinking, API design, and simple reliable systems.
What you will do
- Collaborate with product teams to scope projects and reduce scope for faster customer feedback.
- Navigate integration and user-experience tradeoffs across different product teams.
- Deliver solutions through the cross-platform SDK.
- Optimize functionality for faster loading and more intelligent parsing.
- Design efficient abstractions and improve algorithms.
- Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.
