As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of critical product features, delivering seamless, high-impact user experiences in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers. Our current stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, React, Ruby, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.

The Coaching and Analytics team transforms raw call data into actionable insights that directly improve how people sell. You’ll build systems that process and analyze conversations at scale, uncover meaningful patterns, and turn them into real coaching tools—not just dashboards, but insights that drive behavior and outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of data, backend systems, and product thinking, focused on simplifying complex signals into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
