Workplace and Employment
- This is a full-time position based out of the Bangalore office.
- The hybrid work model combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration two days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement features and performance improvements in the Fivetran core.
- Create highly scalable distributed data pipelines on the cloud.
- Lead engineering-wide initiatives for key technologies.
- Collaborate across engineering on cross-functional projects.
- Work across requirements, design, prototype, implementation, review, release, and monitoring.
- Review and approve technical design documents and pull requests.
- Improve engineering systems documentation and development processes.
