Senior Software Engineer

What You Bring:

• Core Experience: 7+ years of rigorous backend engineering experience, with a proven track record of designing and scaling production-grade distributed systems.
• Technical Depth: Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language (such as Java, Go, or Python), with a deep understanding of OOP design principles, concurrency, and clean code architecture.
• AI & Modern Tech Fluency: A strong understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, and emerging standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP), with an enthusiasm for applying modern AI capabilities to backend systems.
• System Design & Cloud Expertise: Strong grasp of distributed systems principles, public cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data Fluency: Hands-on experience with modern SQL/NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and data modeling for high read/write throughput.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience) from a premier institution.
