• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills, Qualifications & Ability

• Deep expertise in Java programming, Java design patterns, and high-performance server-side development. Proficiency in React for frontend development, with experience in state management (Redux, React Query, or Context API). Strong architectural skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable, and resilient software systems. Demonstrated versatility in multiple front-end and back-end technologies such as Spring , React , MongoDB , etc. Experience leading technical initiatives such as refactoring, performance optimization, or major feature development. Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture and working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, including cloud services for AI/ML, data storage, and processing. Advanced knowledge of search and retrieval technologies , including platforms like ElasticSearch, Apache Solr, or similar. Experience with AI-driven solutions, NLP, semantic search, and text processing techniques is a plus. Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines. Scrum and JIRA experience is a plus. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with experience handling production-level issues and performance tuning.
