We're looking for a backend-leaning senior software engineer to join our Representation Pod, a cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, and designers building the core tools that help the law firms in our network deliver consistent and effective representation for our clients. The Rep Pod is building new products from scratch: reimagining what legal experiences for our clients and attorneys with today’s technology.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own complex backend challenges around how we structure data, systems, and APIs — while staying deeply connected to the clients & lawyers who use the products you build. That means bringing both genuine user empathy and sharp product instincts alongside the technical depth to make hard architectural decisions and see them through.
