Job Description: Senior Software Engineer (Backend) at Abogados MMS Qatar
Abogados MMS Qatar is seeking an experienced **Senior Software Engineer (Backend)** to join our development team.
This role is integral to building and maintaining robust backend systems that support our legal applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements.
- Optimize backend performance, ensuring reliability and scalability of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring high availability of services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, utilizing languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from **70** **to** **130** **QAR**, based on experience and qualifications.
