About the role
Odin is building investment infrastructure for private markets.
The first product is a full-stack platform for launching and operating private investment firms.

What you will do
- Own significant parts of the product and ship functionality that customers directly experience.
- Build correctly and quickly for a regulated platform moving money across multiple jurisdictions.
- Set engineering standards through the quality of shipped work, code reviews, and problem selection.
- Make decisions about system structure, implementation patterns, and whether proposed work is appropriate.
- Use AI tools and help redesign engineering workflows around AI-enabled development.
What we are looking for
- Experience building and running non-trivial production systems.
- Strong architectural judgment and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- A serious AI practice with specific examples of how AI changed development work.
- Ability to give direct feedback and receive it constructively.
- Good judgment about when work needs to be built robustly and when it does not.
- Interest in learning finance, compliance, and rules across multiple jurisdictions.
- The engineering stack is Go, but prior Go experience is not required if the candidate learns quickly.
Work arrangements
- The role can be based in London with three office days per week.
- Alternatively, the role can be remote from elsewhere in Europe with quarterly trips to London.
Hiring process
- The process usually has three stages and takes place within two weeks, with detailed feedback within 24 hours of each stage.
- Stages include a call with the Head of People and Talent, a system design session, and a paid trial day.
