We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Test Automation Engineer to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for Web and Cloud based application, and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance software testing and automation activities.
The candidate should be passionate about quality engineering, modern test automation practices, CI/CD integration, intelligent test execution, and improving testing efficiency through AI-assisted automation solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, Appium, Playwright, BrowserStack or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
- Develop reusable automation utilities, libraries, and test data management solutions
- Utilize AI-powered tools and capabilities to improve automation efficiency, including:
- AI-assisted test case generation
- Intelligent test execution and prioritization
- Automated defect analysis and reporting
- Test data generation and optimization
- AI-assisted root cause identification
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex automation and application issues
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, release validation, and quality assurance strategy discussions
- Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, and test governance are followed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test coverage and release efficiency
- Prepare and maintain automation reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Validate audio/video, screen sharing, participant management, reconnection, and network-related scenarios.
Primary Skill Set (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- C#,.NET /.NET Core, Test Automation Framework Development
- Expertise with automation tools/frameworks such as:
- Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Appium, RestSharp / Postman,SpecFlow / NUnit / xUnit
- Strong experience in API Automation and Microservices Testing
- Hands-on experience using AI-enabled tools for automation activities and productivity improvement
- Strong understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Test Architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools:
• Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Understanding of network conditions such as latency, jitter, packet loss, and bandwidth.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Version control experience using Git
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
