Core Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, prompt engineering, and generative AI technologies is required.
- Experience delivering AI-powered solutions in real-world business environments is required.
- Candidates should be able to evaluate business challenges and create AI-enabled workflows.
- Candidates should be able to select models, architectures, and techniques for measurable outcomes.
- Solutions must be reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise governance.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, DevSecOps, Java, Node.js, and Git is required.
Desirable AI Experience
- Experience with ADK and AI development frameworks is advantageous.
- Context engineering, RAG, MCP, agent-based systems, and AI orchestration frameworks are highly desirable.
