Senior Software Engineer - AI

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Understand operational challenges and identify AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
• Design and implement AI solutions for business and IT processes.
• Evaluate business challenges and decompose complex problems into AI-enabled workflows.
• Select models, architectures, and techniques that achieve measurable outcomes.
• Design reliable, scalable, secure, accurate, and relevant AI solutions.
• Align AI solutions with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
• Use available AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate solution delivery.
• Collaborate with teams across regions in a multinational environment.

Required Background

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, prompt engineering, generative AI technologies, and real-world AI solution delivery.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and DevSecOps processes and tools.
• Experience with Java and Node.js programming languages.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks under time and workload pressure.

Preferred AI Experience

• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as ADK is a strong advantage.
• Experience with context engineering, RAG, MCP, agent-based systems, and AI orchestration frameworks is highly desirable.
• Advanced spoken and written English is useful for cross-region collaboration.
