Senior Software Engineer

About the Team: We are Team 2: Care Team Enablement, building solutions that enable our care team to serve more patients without working harder. Our solutions are primarily built on the Salesforce platform through our Seamline product, with additional services and integrations as needed. Our users are internal with two core roles: Care Advocates, who run outreach and get patients engaged, and Care Navigators, who handle clinical intakes and care coordination. Everything we ship lands in someone's daily work, so we stay close to the people using it.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Care Team Enablement. Most of our product workflows live on the Salesforce platform, with additional TypeScript services owned by the team, so we are looking for a strong engineer who also brings Salesforce experience from day one. You will own complex features end to end, from design with product and UX through deployment and the work that follows a release. Our systems hold PHI under HIPAA, so security and access decisions are part of normal design work here.
