Role Overview

The team builds enterprise applications and solutions using AI, cloud, full-stack engineering, security, Dataverse, and D365 technologies.

The Commercial Sales Experiences Engineering team develops applications and engineering solutions that enable key seller roles across Microsoft Commercial Business.

The role delivers innovative products and state-of-the-art user experiences across multiple platform products.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, architecture, application and database design, development, testing, and deployment.
Build AI-infused applications, agentic solutions, and Copilot features.
Design resilient and secure solutions aligned with architectural best practices and business goals.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
Collaborate with product teams, program managers, and UX designers.
Enforce coding, testing, and documentation practices for quality and reliability.
Support existing services and enterprise application integrations.
Drive automation, process optimization, and technical innovation.
Participate in planning, cost estimation, and communication of risks and milestones.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI or SDK, Claude CLI, or equivalent tools.
Experience building applications and intelligent agents using ASP.NET and Azure AI technologies, including Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent frameworks.
Experience with end-to-end software development, architecture, application and database design, testing, and deployment.
Ability to design scalable and secure solutions and guide technology and design-pattern selection.
Ability to mentor team members through code reviews and design feedback.

The technology environment includes Azure, AI, microservices, React, data, Power Platform, Dataverse, and D365.
