The Senior Software Engineer joins the Professional Services team as a consultant to clients and partners.
The role supports personalized websites and mobile applications using Bloomreach DXP APIs and SDKs.
Work arrangement
- The position is full-time and can be based in the London office or from home.

Responsibilities
- Lead Bloomreach development on client projects that may affect millions of people monthly.
- Integrate products using Java and frontend frameworks such as Vue, Angular, and React.
- Validate discovery, scope, and solution design decisions for integrations.
- Assess risks, make architectural decisions, and advise customers and partners.
- Improve DXP add-ons, plugins, technical documentation, and training guides.
- Coach peers and travel occasionally to EMEA clients or partners.
Candidate qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 6 years of developer experience and 4 years of hands-on Java implementations.
- Experience leading client relationships and implementing enterprise or cloud software is expected.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field is listed as an ideal qualification.
- Strong organization, troubleshooting, attention to detail, learning, coaching, and English communication are valued.
Technical skills
- Java is required for hands-on product implementations.
- Modern frontend frameworks include Vue, Angular, and React.
- Spring and Maven are listed as advantageous technologies.
