Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System with seamless UX, adaptive learning, and gamification
- Empower graduates to find jobs using generative AI for resume generation and interview training
- Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success
- Generate and maintain content at scale, building technology to create new curricula efficiently
- Make data reliable and accessible, empowering data driven decisions across teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Familiarity with React+TypeScript on the frontend
- Familiarity with Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails for backend
- Ability to take ownership of the whole development lifecycle

This Job Is For You If You Have
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience.
- Must be familiar with React+TypeScript on the frontend.
- Familiarity with Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails for the backend.
- Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting edge technology.

Bonus Points If
- You have previous experience in a direct to consumer startup, especially within EdTech/Healthcare.
Interview Process
- Interview with a Recruiter (30 min)
- Technical Round (2.45 hrs): Live Full Stack Coding Exercise, Live Coding Challenge, Technical Interview with Hiring Manager
- Onsite (1.5 hrs)
Compensation
- Senior 1 $157,000 $208,000
- No bonus structure; all cash compensation as base salary.
- Total compensation includes benefits package and equity (ISOs).
