The platform is used by more than 2,000 firms across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Nylon is expanding from research into workflows including client meetings, documents, and connected professional tools.

Build and own backend-heavy, full-stack product surfaces from architecture and delivery through production operation.

Work with product from deciding whether a capability should exist through running it in production and iterating on real usage.

The role is based in Sydney and is Nylon’s first engineering role in Australia.

Develop the answer experience, including retrieval, citations, verification, and speed.
Build identity, billing, public API, single sign-on, entitlements, and usage metering capabilities.
Develop integrations with Outlook, Xero, and practice-management systems.
Build workflows that help professionals engage clients and gather the facts behind advice, beginning with meeting AI.
