The position focuses on production-grade applications, backend services, automation frameworks, and AI/ML-enabled software.
Technical requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building production-grade applications, backend services, or automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and software architecture.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases; NoSQL exposure is a plus.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development best practices.
- Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Preferred AI experience
- Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI-powered application development is advantageous.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Build production-grade applications, backend services, and automation frameworks using Python.
