As asenior software developer - Node/ReactatLevel20, you’ll contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions, with a focus on financial technology projects.

In this role, you’ll work on front-end and back-end development, cloud-native application architecture, and DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and automation.

You’ll also collaborate with the technical lead, architects, and technical and business partners to ensure the solution is adaptable to evolving needs.

This is ahybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH(Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking.

Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of the above, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.

Preferred skills

• Experience developing cloud-native applications using React, Next js TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with AWS services, Docker, and modern application architecture patterns
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code
• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, logging, monitoring, and scalable development practices

• $118,000-$132,000/year depending on experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
