Role overview
Support the Unified Procurement Cloud after its move into production.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements, and system oversight for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Help maintain a secure, reliable platform aligned with citywide business and technology needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Own the technical direction of enterprise .NET and Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Lead architecture, architectural reviews, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems, RESTful APIs, and Azure services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Conduct testing, write unit and integration tests, and resolve quality and performance issues.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, maintain system stability, and document technical solutions.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with agency goals and security standards.
