The role
The Senior Software Developer, Full-Stack reports to the Manager of Software Development.
The role focuses on building robust, elegant, and scalable software for Dialogue's client healthcare experiences.
The developer will work on the Client Stream team and contribute to mission-critical applications and API services.
What you'll be doing
- Build, improve, and operate mission-critical applications and API services.
- Identify, refine, and prioritize work items by business value in collaboration with the product manager.
- Write and contribute to technical design documents that align the team on clear solutions.
- Write accurate, readable, testable code and maintainable test suites.
- Develop other engineers through code review, documentation, and direct guidance.
