As a Senior Software Developer , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications and web-based solutions that drive operational effectiveness for our customers.

Working alongside engineers, architects, and mission stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable, high-performing software while contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and make a direct impact on mission success.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications in web-based environments.
Develop, enhance, and modify software solutions to meet evolving customer and mission requirements.
Analyze user needs and translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
Design and customize software applications to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Support database design, development, integration, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Manage and maintain websites and web applications, including deployment and performance optimization.
Perform software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and software specifications.
Support application deployment, maintenance, and sustainment activities.
Work independently or as part of an agile development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

The salary range for this position is $147,990.00 to $195,455.00 .

The proposed range is intended as a general guideline.

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual considerations and may fall outside of the stated range.
