Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in a distributed team environment.
- Open-source contributions or a strong personal portfolio of software projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services.
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to promote best practices and code quality.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with product managers and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and reliability.
- Monitor emerging technologies and contribute to improvements in development processes and tools.
