About Dialogue
Dialogue develops an integrated health platform that provides virtual primary care, mental health, iCBT, employee assistance, and wellness programs.
The platform supports nearly 3 million members through online health and wellness services.
Role Overview
The Senior Software Developer, Backend reports to the Manager, Software Development.
The role enables members to improve their health through Dialogue's Canadian virtual care platform.
What You Will Do
- Build, improve, and operate mission-critical applications and API services as part of the Client Experience team.
- Identify, refine, and prioritize work items by business value in collaboration with the product manager.
- Write and contribute to technical design documents that align the team on clear solutions.
- Write accurate, readable, testable code and maintainable test suites that set a strong example for other developers.
- Improve other developers' skills and effectiveness through code review, documentation, and direct guidance.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with distributed systems, API design, relational modeling, or database administration is required.
