About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day construction activities ensuring execution per approved drawings, specifications, and codes
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on site
- Review and approve method statements and shop drawings
- Conduct inspections and prepare site reports
- Support quality assurance and safety compliance
- Provide guidance to junior engineers
- Support client communications and contribute to timely, cost effective project delivery
Requirements
- Strong background in civil or structural engineering with proven experience in site supervision for building or infrastructure projects
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable codes and standards in UAE and regional context
- Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Effective site coordination skills including managing contractors and subcontractors
- Commitment to safety and quality management with experience implementing HSE procedures and quality control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities to mentor junior engineers and site staff
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Prior experience in Dubai or UAE construction market highly beneficial
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic an added plus

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai overseeing day to day construction activities.
- Ensure works executed per approved drawings, specifications, and codes; coordinate with stakeholders; monitor progress; resolve technical issues.

- Provide guidance to junior engineers, support client communications, contribute to timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong background in civil or structural engineering with proven site supervision experience.

- Ability to review engineering drawings and prepare site reports.
- Effective site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality management with HSE and QC experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership capabilities to mentor junior staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related; professional registration advantageous.
- Prior UAE/Dubai experience highly beneficial; English required, Arabic a plus.
