Role overview
Lead infrastructure reliability and scalability work for TikTok's production-grade AI Platform systems.
Work independently on complex projects involving coding, system design, automation, and large-scale infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead an SRE engineering team focused on reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Manage team growth, performance, and professional development while contributing technically.
- Provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence.
- Partner with engineering teams, business units, and external stakeholders to deliver aligned technical initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and improve AI Platform infrastructure and engineering practices.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related software or system engineering field, or equivalent working experience.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Deep understanding of Linux, distributed storage, networking, and system performance optimization.
