The role builds and operates infrastructure for a multi-tenant, security-sensitive B2B cloud product and dedicated BYOC deployments.

The position is hands-on engineering focused on Go and Python automation, self-service tooling, and operational ownership.

8+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE with ownership of production cloud infrastructure.
Strong Go and/or Python software engineering skills with tested, maintainable code.
Deep production Kubernetes experience and infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or OpenTofu.
Experience with at least one major public cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience building internal tools, provisioning frameworks, self-service portals, or automation pipelines for engineers.
Comfort operating in enterprise B2B environments with compliance, security, and contractual requirements.
Strong incident-response, distributed-systems debugging, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and technically guide junior or early-career platform engineers.
