Senior Site Engineer (Electrical)

To lead electrical site engineering activities on assigned Innovo MEP project areas, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring installations comply with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

Lead site verification of electrical installations against approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate cable routing, containment, and panel installation sequencing with other MEP trades.

Lead inspection request preparation and coordinate with DEWA/SEWA/ADDC inspectors.

Track authority inspection comments and ensure timely close-out before energization.

Mentor Site Engineers (Electrical) on technical matters.

Train junior engineers on cable testing, megger testing, and panel verification procedures.

Witness cable testing, earthing, and panel commissioning checks prior to energization.

Verify electrical installations comply with single line diagrams and load schedules.

Record daily electrical site progress and report deviations from programme to the Electrical Supervisor.

Maintain as-built markups and site test records to support handover documentation.

Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.

Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.
