About the Role
SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Senior Site Engineer – Civil for a confidential power generation IPP project in Dubai. The role involves supervising civil and structural works on behalf of the Owner's Engineer team, including design review, construction supervision, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
- Review civil design documents, drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals
- Supervise civil works including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, buildings, drainage, roads, underground services, and site infrastructure
- Monitor EPC Contractor civil works for compliance with approved drawings, EPC Contract requirements, quality standards, and HSE procedures
- Review geotechnical, survey, and site investigation information where required
- Identify civil construction issues, non conformities, delays, and site constraints
- Coordinate with civil inspectors, discipline engineers, QA/QC teams, and the EPC Contractor
- Support site meetings, progress reviews, punch list preparation, and close out activities
- Review civil inspection records, daily reports, as built drawings, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10–12 years of civil site engineering experience
- Experience in power generation, utilities, industrial plants, infrastructure, or EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of civil works, foundations, concrete, buildings, site infrastructure, QA/QC, and construction supervision
- Previous Owner's Engineer or consultant side experience preferred
- UAE / GCC experience is an advantage

Company Description
- For a power generation IPP project in Dubai, UAE, we are mobilizing an Owner’s Engineer team to support EPC design review, construction supervision, site inspection, testing, commissioning, COD readiness, and warranty period follow up.
- We are looking for experienced professionals with strong EPC, Owner’s Engineer, consultant side, power generation, utilities, waste to energy, biogas, landfill gas, thermal power, or industrial project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review civil design documents, drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
