Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil with around 10 years of hands-on construction experience.
The role oversees day-to-day site execution and coordinates site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
The position is responsible for safe, efficient, timely, and quality-compliant construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Execute civil works according to structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and approved plans.
- Monitor progress, inspect workmanship, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve technical site issues.
- Supervise workers, plan manpower, manage materials, control wastage, and maintain site records.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate with project management teams.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant construction industry experience.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, drawings, specifications, engineering practices, quality control, safety, and construction standards.
- Ability to independently manage site operations, coordinate teams, and manage multiple site activities.
Preferred Skills
- Site planning and execution, quantity estimation, and material planning.
- Material management, wastage control, team and subcontractor management.
- Quality control, inspection, project coordination, construction documentation, and reporting.
Compensation
- Pay is up to ₹55,000 per month.
