Role Overview
• Execute and plan RCC building works as per approved drawings
• Supervise daily site activities ensuring safety quality and timelines
• Prepare BBS quantity take offs and site execution documents
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors consultants and suppliers
• Execute work strictly as per GFC drawings and project specifications
• Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures at site
• Submit subcontractor bills and reconcile quantities on a monthly basis
• Track site progress and report updates to the Project Manager
• Manage plot development and allied infrastructure works
• Use ERP AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
