Responsibilities
- Understand construction and technical drawings.
- Estimate and verify quantities.
- Prepare project schedules, weekly reports, and client communication documents.
- Plan activities, manpower, and materials.
- Guide and supervise carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, paneling, and minor civil works.
- Ensure accurate site measurements by different work teams.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings.
- Liaise with client representatives and attend periodic reviews.
- Maintain project documentation according to established procedures.
- Monitor interior execution across multiple sites daily or bi-weekly.
- Collect vendor samples and procure finishes and fixtures when required.
- Coordinate with the office team and provide daily project status updates.
Requirements
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to understand construction and technical drawings.
- Ability to estimate and verify quantities.
- Ability to communicate with clients in written and verbal formats.
Workplace
- The work location is in person and involves monitoring multiple physical project sites.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month.
