Role Overview
The employer is seeking a responsible Site Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
The role supports civil construction and site execution across residential, commercial, landscaping, terrace, renovation, and interior/civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
- Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and support timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check material quality and workmanship, take measurements, and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and consumption records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution with the relevant teams.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Assist with project planning, costing, execution, and management reporting.
- Implement safety standards, conduct quality checks, and minimize material wastage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
