Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil with 10–12 years of experience in building construction.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in villa, high-rise, residential, commercial, and multi-storey projects.

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Supervise structural and finishing works and conduct site inspections.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment at site.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–12 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC, structural and finishing works.
• Experience in villas, high-rise, residential, commercial, and multi-storey projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience in quality control, subcontractor coordination, manpower and material planning.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards, site coordination, project planning, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
