Role Overview
SUNPURE is hiring a Senior Site Engineer to lead deployment and commissioning of PV cleaning robot systems at project sites.
The role covers engineering installation, robotic systems, troubleshooting, commissioning, and client coordination.

Deployment and Commissioning
- Lead site assessment, planning, installation, commissioning, client training, and final handover for PV cleaning robot systems.
- Perform functional testing, system calibration, and commissioning to ensure optimal robot performance.
- Configure and commission SCADA systems connecting robots, remote monitoring platforms, and client networks.
- Oversee installation of rails, charging stations, communication modules, and other critical engineering components.
Technical and Site Operations
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to installation teams in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Manage engineering materials, inventory handling, and quality control at project sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, software, navigation, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders on site.
Documentation and Improvement
- Conduct system demonstrations and provide operational and maintenance training to clients and end users.
- Prepare field service reports, installation documentation, and technical issue logs.
- Provide structured technical feedback to engineering and product development teams to support product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in site engineering, system installation, commissioning, or technical project deployment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated or robotic systems.
- Experience with SCADA, industrial communication, or remote monitoring platforms is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, team management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
