The Senior Site Architect will lead the coordination and execution of architectural design on active project sites, ensuring that concepts are translated into high-quality built environments.

This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves reviewing drawings, supervising implementation, resolving design and technical issues, and verifying compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.

The Senior Site Architect will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, conducting regular site inspections, documenting progress, and supporting integration of design changes.

The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to quality assurance processes, and ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

• Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience delivering complex, high-quality projects on site.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of digital design tools, BIM platforms, and coordination systems.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Previous experience in the Gulf region or international practice is beneficial.
