Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on a wide range of heavy equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
- Conduct field service visits, complete service reports, and coordinate with operations team
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Support junior technicians and advise customers on equipment usage and care
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service procedures
Requirements
- Strong maintenance and repair skills, including scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in field conditions
- Experience in field service operations, including on site diagnostics, repairs, and service documentation
- Customer service skills, with ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide technical guidance
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or heavy equipment engineering, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for working with heavy machinery
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation; familiarity with basic computer and diagnostic tools
- Previous experience in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery sector

Role Description
- This full time, on site Senior Service Technician role is based in Dubai and focuses on maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy equipment.
- The Senior Service Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
