Role Overview
The Senior Service Engineer – 4 Stroke manages technical operations, maintenance, and performance of MAN/Everllence 4-stroke engine systems in marine and industrial applications.
The role includes installation and commissioning, onsite technical support, service reporting, warranty reduction, project profitability, and customer support.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of 4-stroke engines and auxiliaries in new ship and power plant installations.
- Calculate SFOC, SLOC, engine performance, and contractual parameters and support smooth project handover.
- Attend breakdowns, warranty claims, troubleshooting, and retrofit work for MAN/Everllence 4-stroke engines.
- Provide technical support for customer queries and coordinate with headquarters and customers.
- Review scopes of work, prepare project estimations, and support service contract preparation.
- Prepare project, performance, technical issue, service, and MIS reports.
