About the Role
Emerpro IT Solutions is hiring a Senior Service Technician to lead maintenance and repair of printers and multifunction devices across the UAE. You will install, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on office automation hardware.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure and commission printers, MFPs and related office automation hardware at customer sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults — break fix and preventive maintenance
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Replace toners, drums, developers, fusers and spare parts; manage parts as needed on site
- Respond to service calls promptly and maintain high first visit fix rates
- Keep accurate service records, meter readings and job reports
- Provide on site technical support across Dubai and the wider UAE
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing best practice
Requirements
- 5+ years' hands on experience servicing printers, MFPs and office automation hardware in the UAE
- Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills across major brands
- Ability to work independently, manage your own service schedule and handle pressure
- Customer focused approach with good communication skills
- A valid UAE driving license (essential)

Description
- Emerpro IT Solutions, the UAE's authorised UTAX distributor, is hiring an experienced Senior Service Technician to lead the maintenance and repair of our growing fleet of printers and multifunction devices across the Emirates.
- You'll be the technical backbone of our hardware division — keeping customer machines running, resolving breakdowns fast, and setting the service standard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Install, configure and commission printers, MFPs and related office automation hardware at customer sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults — break fix and preventive maintenance
