LeQipe Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee service operations, client support performance, and operational delivery standards across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving service quality, leading operational teams, and managing customer-focused delivery processes in a fast-paced business environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening operational efficiency, maintaining high client satisfaction levels, and ensuring consistent service delivery performance across multiple operational functions.

What You'Ll Do
- Oversee daily service delivery and operational support activities
- Manage client service workflows and operational coordination processes
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain efficient service delivery standards
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
- Supervise operational teams and support workforce coordination activities
- Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and service updates for leadership
- Improve operational procedures related to customer support and service management
- Maintain accurate service documentation, operational records, and reporting data
- Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training initiatives for service teams
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal operational departments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery management, operations management, customer support leadership, or client services
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities
- Experience managing customer-facing workflows and service operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational management platforms preferred
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Customer Service, or related field preferred
